Registration fees include:
Participation in sessions, coffee/tea at official session breaks, light lunches, welcome get-together, farewell party and a half day tour.
Accompanying person's fee to include:
Joining all meals and any special events that will be provided to the meeting participants but they will not be entitled to join the sessions.
Payment may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) or invoice to your institution (following receipt of purchase order/"hazmanat avoda"). If Target Conferences does not receive the purchase order prior to the event, participant must pay on-site and obtain reimbursement from his/her institution following the event.

*Please ensure that the name/s of the participants and meeting name (ICPMB) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation and tour costs.
Personal travel, luggage and health insurance is recommended.
Please note that the organizers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.
All services are booked on the express condition that Target Conferences shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, any and all liability in respect of any damage injury or accident, or any person or for loss of or damage to his or her luggage or any other property, or any reason whatsoever.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
The refund policy is based upon receipt of written notification as follows:
Prior to January 10, 2019 – US$50 handling fee
After January 11 and before February 10, 2019 – 50% refund
Following February 11, no refund
