Kindly note that we will make every effort to match room-mates but we cannot guarantee it. If we do not find a suitable person, then single room accommodation need to be provided and paid for by the participant.
Participants from Israel will be charged in Shekels plus 17% VAT.
PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION
In order to book your accommodation, and in order to benefit from the special rates, please complete the online registration/ accommodation form. You will receive an automatic answer-back that you are registered. In January 2019 our registration department will contact you in order to verify that they can indeed bill you or whether you need an invoice provided for payment.
Payment for accommodation may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) or invoice to your institution (following receipt of purchase order/"hazmanat avoda").

*Please ensure that the name/s of the participants and meeting name (ICPMB) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation and tour costs.
Personal travel, luggage and health insurance is recommended.
Please note that the organizers cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.
All services are booked on the express condition that Target Conferences shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, any and all liability in respect of any damage injury or accident, or any person or for loss of or damage to his or her luggage or any other property, or any reason whatsoever.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
The refund policy is based upon receipt of written notification as follows:
Prior to January 10, 2019 – US$50 handling fee
After January 11 and before February 10, 2019 – 50% refund
Following February 11, no refund unless the hotel manages to resell the room.
No refunds will be made for nights not taken/reservations amended on-site.
